Terms of Use

By using the ARMT SECURITY website, dashboard, ticket system, or Telegram bot, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

ARMT SECURITY provides services in server infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT development: server rental and setup, VPN, protection and monitoring, website and internal tool development, and ongoing project support.

Pricing is not fixed — every request is estimated individually through the ticket system in your account. Payment is made by topping up your account balance via SBP in your dashboard or through the ARMT SECURITY Telegram bot.

Using the dashboard requires creating an account — via email and password, or Telegram Login. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping access to your account secure, including your password and linked Telegram account.

The operator may block an account on suspicion of fraud, a violation of these terms, or use of the service to harm third parties.

Using ARMT SECURITY's services for illegal activity, distributing malware, attacking third parties, sending spam, or any action violating the laws of the user's country or the country hosting the infrastructure, is prohibited.

The operator may refuse or terminate a service upon finding a violation of this section.

The "Set up your own VPN" service provides a server under your own brand (name, logo, subscription page color) and lets you manage users and device limits yourself through a control panel. You may grant access to your server to your own clients.

You bear full responsibility for the actions of anyone you grant access to your server or subscription, to the same extent as for your own actions. The operator is not a party to the relationship between you and your end clients and is not responsible for that interaction.

If illegal activity, spam, attacks, or another violation of the "Acceptable use" section is found on the part of your end clients, the operator may, without notice, suspend or disable the relevant server pending clarification, and may terminate the service to you without a refund for the elapsed period.

Balance top-up happens via SBP in your dashboard or through the ARMT SECURITY Telegram bot. Funds are deducted from the balance as work agreed on and filed through tickets is completed.

The operator may request payment details or confirmation before starting work on a ticket.

For the "Set up your own VPN" service, server payment can also be made directly via an SBP invoice issued in your dashboard when purchasing or renewing a server. Renewal does not happen automatically without confirmed payment — an overdue server may be suspended.

Funds paid — whether a balance top-up or payment for a specific service — are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If ticket work was not completed due to the operator's fault, the unused amount stays on the account balance to be used toward other services.

The service is provided "as is". The operator makes reasonable efforts to deliver quality work, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, outages, or conformity to expectations not explicitly agreed on within a specific ticket.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service the claim concerns.

You may stop using the service at any time by contacting support. The operator may suspend or terminate services for a violation of these terms, non-payment of agreed work, or as required by law.

The operator may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continuing to use the service after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

Matters not covered by these terms are resolved under applicable law and through direct negotiation between the parties.
