Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026. This document is a baseline description of what data is collected and how it's used at an early stage of the service. It does not replace consultation with a qualified lawyer and may need adjustment for a specific jurisdiction and applicable data protection law.
1. What data is collected
When registering and using the ARMT SECURITY dashboard, we may collect: your email address and password hash (for email registration), Telegram ID and username (for Telegram sign-in), the name shown in your profile, IP address, and technical request data in service logs.
When you contact support, the content of tickets and messages within them is stored, including attached files if uploaded. When you top up your balance, a payment record is stored: amount, status, payment provider, and time — without storing full card or other payment method details on the site's side.
2. How data is used
Data is used for: account access and dashboard sign-in, processing tickets and replying to requests, tracking balance and top-up history, sending emails for confirming your address and resetting your password, and keeping the service secure (e.g. detecting suspicious activity).
Data is not used for purposes unrelated to the service and is not sold to third parties.
3. Sharing data with third parties
Telegram sign-in and the ARMT SECURITY Telegram bot involve interacting with Telegram — your Telegram account ID and username are shared per Telegram's own Login and API mechanisms.
Topping up your balance via SBP is processed by the site's payment provider; via the Telegram bot, by its connected payment provider. In both cases the site does not store or process full payment details directly — only the record of the final transaction (amount, status).
Data is not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Storage and retention
Data is stored for as long as your account exists. Ticket, message, and payment history is kept so you can track your request and balance history.
When an account is deleted, related data (tickets, messages, payments) is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by applicable law (e.g. for financial records).
5. Cookies and sessions
The site uses a session cookie required for signing in to your dashboard. It is not used for ad tracking and is removed on sign-out or when the session expires.
6. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, or account deletion by contacting us via a ticket in your dashboard or directly through the ARMT SECURITY Telegram bot (@armt_security_bot).
Data deletion requests are handled manually by support — turnaround depends on the scope and nature of the request.
7. Data security
Passwords are stored as hashes, never in plain text. Access to admin functions and user data is restricted by role. Despite the measures taken, no service can guarantee absolute protection from security incidents.
8. Policy changes
The operator may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
9. Contact
For questions about how personal data is handled, reach out via a ticket in your dashboard or directly through the ARMT SECURITY Telegram bot (@armt_security_bot).
